“Great product at a great price. Buying process was easy to use only thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have notification as to when it was being delivered rather than just appearing. Otherwise very happy.”

“Have been a big fan of Power Tools Direct. Good selection, price & service (see below). I did like the option of being to pick up my orders from their shop in Rustington as I live near-by but when I went into the shop a few weeks ago I was told that picking-up from the shop isn't now available. This is a shame as I often go to pick up other things from Toolstation & Screwfix at the same time as they are just up the road. The £75 minimum order for free postage and the inconvenience of waiting for the package delivery will mean I won't use Power Tools Direct as much.”

“The service was fine, it's just that the shorts were awful. Poor quality material and elasticated waist rubbish. The fit wasnt true, a 36 waist was way smaller than the original style and sizing of two years ago. Very happy with Power Tools Direct as a company though. Thanks”

“Delivered well before advertised time of delivery, appeared to be well packaged, unfortunately package was delivered to a neighbour whilst I was out and on opening package was disappointed to find that the presentation box was badly damaged on one end indicating that it had been dropped at some time. Tools were intact and looking forward to using them”
