“Not happy to pay £5.95 postage on a samll 30ml jar of gilt wax which itself only cost £8. I think you should have a lesser charge for smaller single items.”

“Good product at the best price. I wasn't sure if it would fit so requested to cancel the order before despatch. This was not possible for some reason....? Something about not being able to access orders.....?? However, was told I could return for refund. Just be 100% sure before you order, otherwise a good competent company with speedy delivery. Thank you! P.s. courier left outside without ringing bell or knocking.”

“I ordered a turf cutting shovel which arrived on the day stated on the order. The shovel has proved invaluable. Good quality. We had a bit of a hickup over BACS payment. As a new payee it took a couple of days to appear in there account. Definitely use them again.”

“Would have given 5 stars if their communication with me regarding my order had been clearer. In the end I paid for a delivery service if 48 hrs and it took more like 480 hrs. Their explanation - they were waiting for an item to arrive at their warehouse. My advice, they should indicate whether the item is in/out of stock.”

“Item arrived and had leaked everywhere, made a right mess, it was not able to be used! But I emailed explaining. The next day they cake back to me and explained they had no more but arranged a full refund.”
