“Good service in general from Power Tools. Unfortunately they couldn’t initially identify my paypal payment and didn’t answer the phones on Monday but there after very helpful. Very happy with the Clarke CML3 bike lift. Quite a lot of money for quite a lot of tool.”

“Have been a big fan of Power Tools Direct. Good selection, price & service (see below). I did like the option of being to pick up my orders from their shop in Rustington as I live near-by but when I went into the shop a few weeks ago I was told that picking-up from the shop isn't now available. This is a shame as I often go to pick up other things from Toolstation & Screwfix at the same time as they are just up the road. The £75 minimum order for free postage and the inconvenience of waiting for the package delivery will mean I won't use Power Tools Direct as much.”
