“This has been a complete nightmare company to deal with, I paid for express delivery and 6 days later I have still not got it, I have stopped me from working for days as I'm a tradesman, now i,m told its being delivered today and I have to wait around another day as they do not pay for returned postage, they keep a phone number on there web page so it looks like they are contactable by phone when you ring it, it just tells you this line is unmanned and to email them, email them and it's just useless, told them not to post the items as they told me it had not left yet but they posted it anyways and they do not pay for return post, God never again will I use a web page without a working phone number as if something goes wrong it can and has been a complete nightmare, now complaining to my bank to get a chargeback”

“If you want to waste your money on express delivery this is the company to go with,don't despatched items in the time frame they say. No telephone number to call,only emails which take days to answer. Seems they have conned alot of people out of extra money for delivery and don't refund,and they have the cheek to get you to pay for returning it Please don't waste your money with this company. Go with a well established one and you will see the difference and save money”

“Absolute shocking service ordered 12× 5l pva and when arrived they were 1l tubs no were in description saying that just a picture of a 5l tub Be carefully before you buy They know fine well what they doing”

“I would put 0 stars, but unfortunately this is not possible. I paid for express delivery because I urgently needed the product, but they waited 11 days before sending it. As a result, I paid more when buying the product in the store and also paid twice for delivery because they refused to pay for return delivery. At the same time, during these 11 days I called them and wrote to them to cancel the order, but it turned out to be impossible. Shame. I don't recommend it. PR1000423235”

“Placed an order and paid for a digital torque wrench. Next day get emails stating item was out of stock. Why let me order it then. They have refunded me but now I have to wait a few days for my money to appear back into account. Will purchase elsewhere in future. Would have put no stars if it were possible!!!!”

“No customer service, sent 4 emails, all ignored, Asked for a refund, still ignorned. Call customer support and the number directs you to voicemail saying you have to email enquires/ issues. I ordered the products two weeks ago now, Order was only a number of boxes of screws too. Wont be using again”

“These are the people to get the poorest service ever from. Ordered 2 expensive hydraulic jacks, only one arrived, they claimed they dispatched 2 via live chat. They then ignored all email, live chat and telephone contact. Had to get PayPal involved and will be informing Trading Standards as it seems to be their business ethic.”

“Very poor service! Ordered 25l of SBR and paid for next working day delivery as we need I’d them quickly. 5 days later no sign of them! Tried to phone customer service… no longer operational contact by email only! So emailed and received a fairly prompt reply that they hadn’t been sent out yet! Received them 3 days later. They should have refunded the postage at least! Not dealing with them again not least because you can’t talk to them directly.”
