Delivery never turned up. No one to talk to. Left a message, did not get a call back. Total time wasters.

They were late with the delivery and didn't give me any update to know what was happening and when I decided and told them that I was canceling the order they delivered it to me even though I asked them repeatedly not to send me the order. They did it on purpose so they wouldn't make a refund. After they sent the delivery they told me to send it back at my own expense because that's their policy

Until chased after expected delivery there was no communication parts would be late. Then no communication as to when parts would arrive.

The wrong fan was sent out on picture it was Clarke air tower fan they sent floor Clarke air

Abject Failure to provide service I ordered a tool that was listed as in stock. The item was not in stock. I was only informed of this after chasing up the order a week after placing it and hearing nothing after the order confirmation. They have now cancelled the order with little to no effective communication. This has been a 2 week ordeal. I am without the tool ordered, and the job I got it for is still not done. Power Tools Direct have failed to communicate proactively throughout this whole process and have had to be repeatedly prompted for effective communication. Their website is a joke of a user experience, lacking any relevant detail in the web portal pertaining to orders (I simply get 1 word "pending" or "closed" messages with NO additional context). Do not waste your time with this company.

Ordered item for my toilet on 30/06/25. As of 09/07/25 have not received it or heard anything from the company about what is going on. Not very good.

Ordered and paid showed in stock. Received an e mail 3 days later, sorry we can't send you your order due to no stock. I checked on line again and was still showing in stock! Sorry won't order from here again. Refund sent.

Purchased 4 x 2.5l Paint 21/05 over the internet, order was accepted and money taken, only to receive several days 27/05 later that you could not supply. I would of thought that you could of offered me an alternative brand ???. Money still not been returned. So poor service all round

Previous dealings have been excellent, even exemplary. This time ordered, with additional fee for expedited delivery, but the order wasn't even processed until after the stated delivery date, and a week later still not arrived. The last purchase I will be making unfortunately!

Money was taken as payment with delivery promised and advertised to arrive by the 8/9th June which is why I bought from this company so we could fit the deck at the weekend. I waited in deliberately on both days to receive the product. At 4pm on Friday I chased this and the lady (Gosia) promised she’d get back straight away to me with news about the product’s whereabouts. No apology or sense of urgency. She didn’t bother! On Monday morning I had to chase again and she seemed v relaxed about the issue and not particularly interested at all. Eventually, after me chasing things up and wasting time, it arrived. Product hasn’t been opened yet so can’t comment but customer service was extremely poor.

As many other reviews say, item was showing in stock but actually isn't, hence delays in sending and of course, zero communication unless chased and chased. Disgraceful way to do business, intentionally misleading and being dishonest to your paying customers just to get them to order. You do not deserve the business, all will not get mine ever again.

Returned a faulty paint spraying unit 2 weeks ago and had nothing but a very hard time trying to get a refund. Their attitude was extremely poor from the initial call and the blame came like a shower of bullets from the obnoxious customer service agent. We normally use ITS when purchasing tools for our team and this experience will ensure that continues. Still awaiting any news on refund btw......
