Delivery was attempted on a Friday at 19:30 (Outside business hours) and then apparently delivery was attempted again Monday at 16:40 when we were open (DPD POD shows the back of the vehicle and not our premises so proves the driver didn't even attempt to deliver, we also didn't receive a calling card through our door). Tried to call Power Tools Direct but they seem to no longer believe in telephone conversations. Emailed 3 times on 3 consecutive days without a reply. Very poor communication and customer service, unfortunately.

Needed for a job 60 miles away so timing important.Charge 7.95 for delivery 2-3 days but not arrived or even notified of despatch on day 4. Tried to call but telephone number directs you back to email and so far not even an acknowledgment. My first and last purchase.

Very poor customer service - paid over £80 to have my item delivered within 2 days and 9 days later I still do not have my item. I have asked for a refund of the express delivery charges but this has been declined. Express delivery is misleading and I have paid for a service I have not received

the process of correcting an incorrect delivery is woeful. through no fault of mine, i have had to replan something while waiting for the process to take its course before getting the correct items which i have paid for in full. just not good enough in todays e-commerce environment

I received my package which was expensive levels that should be delivered with care and was very disappointed to see that one end of the tube they were in was open, there was no fragile sticker on the package, and there was no bubble wrap or protection in the tube to stop the levels shaking about and possibly getting damaged. Delivery like this could of damaged the levels in transit and been of no use.

Would never use again absolutely shocking company, I order an item which they incorrectly sent, then refused to credit or collect it once I logged a claim via PayPal suddenly they were able to collect it, once collected still waited a week for my money, yet the manufacturer had confirmed via email the product was incorrect. The company has no contact telephone. Would suggest you spend your money with a company that values there customers. Terrible customer service terrible company avoid at all costs

My order was not dispatched and I had to chase them up a week later. It was sent out 2 days after making contact with them. My item was damaged in transit so I reported it with photos and asked for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible as the order has now taken 8 days. I was told that they will only replace the order after it has been returned as it was their company policy. I asked for a refund as I couldn't wait two weeks for a product and ordered else where.

Poor service. Ordered over Christmas and the website didn’t say you were shut down No updates when you returned until I emailed them it took 2 weeks to delivery when I paid for a priority service

Bought some lathe chisels that cost me £140, the box they came in was broke and the chisels was blunt,, absolutely shocking. I won’t be buying from this company again

Shockingly bad, delivery arrived nearly a month late, all the items I ordered were listed as in stock on the website but after waiting a week and hearing nothing I contacted them and was told that there was delays and my order would leave that day, waited 2 days and then was told there was further delays and they didn’t know when my order would dispatch. I was Eventually told I would need to wait 2 weeks for items to come back into stock. Once the order finally did dispatch it arrived quickly but nearly a month after I ordered when it was supposed to be 3-5 days.

You accepted the order and took my money. Two days later you told me the item wasn't actually in stock and you couldn't supply it. You did refund me but it doesn't encourage me to use you again.

Unbelievable customer service! Paid the extra for Express Courier, to be told they will take up to 48 hours to process and then send via Royal Mail during a strike! Not very clever. Been over a week and a half still no delivery. Will only communicate via email, responses were quick but not helpful in resolving.

The gas heater I received was damaged and the company doesn’t seem to be bothered to collect it. All they are asking me are stupid questions!! BAD SERVICE!

Absolutely terrible! Do not buy from here, they sell things that are not in stock. I ordered a log burner and emailed them to double check it was in stock, which they confirmed it was. 3 days later I got a refund with no explanation.
