Absolutely terrible! Do not buy from here, they sell things that are not in stock. I ordered a log burner and emailed them to double check it was in stock, which they confirmed it was. 3 days later I got a refund with no explanation.

Ordered over a week ago and still haven’t received parcel. E mailed PTD to check, told me it’s been dispatched but still haven’t got it.

No info when my purchase will be arriving, a tracking number that will only update after it has arrived, what use is that? This is now day 10.

Terrible: Very poor customer service. Paid for delivery of a small order, after over one week no tracking (that works), no assistance when enquired twice.

Late delivery despite paying extra for expedited service. Item faulty, but Power Tools Direct will only refer to manufacturers (said this would take 2 working days but now been waiting a week). No working sander or refund. Metal shard flew out of sander - very dangerous!

placed an order over a week ago, have been told one of the items is not in stock even though showing in stock when ordered, and the second part of the order still hasn' t arrived

Terrible service. Ordered two SDS chisels for a job on Monday, got in touch the following Monday as they hadn’t even been dispatched. Got a dispatch notice on Tuesday, the day I needed them for and another week later and they still haven’t been delivered. So over two weeks now and no hint of getting them. Won’t be using again.

Appalling service, Took my order and payment for next day delivery, yet 4 days later DPD are saying delivery could be be a few more days and they can't confirm the date. Tried to speak to Power Tools Direct, but no phone number. E- mailed and asked them to call me, but, they refused. the delayed delivery has halted production, we asked Power Tools Direct if we could refuse the delivery in order to purchase locally, but where advised they may charge us for a refused delivery. Not Good Enough. Shall not use this company again..

Rubbish delivery service used by Powertools Direct, unable to track and postponed four times already. Still waiting . Also unable to call Powertools Direct. Not impressed .

5 days late on delivery SO FAR. Tried calling but answer phone says they no longer take calls, and e-mail is the only way of communication. Companies need to stop hiding behind Covid. I try to boycott any company that I cannot talk to over the phone at least, my mistake I guess.

You didn't have an item in stock and yet you still listed it as available and accepted payment. So I didn't actually even receive the order you're asking for feedback for. Maybe make sure the stuff your selling is actually something we will receive. That would be a good start.
