If I could I’d give no stars placed order took my money 3 days later we don’t have it in stock. Then show out of stock on website,this will now put me back a week.

I placed an order for sds drill which did not get processed, power tools direct credited my card but did not notify me by email to say that the order was not going to be fulfilled. This is extremely poor service I had an engineer waiting on this sds drill for a job and I didn’t know it had been cancelled for whatever reason until I checked my credit card statement. It appears you cannot rely on this supplier for urgent or important jobs.

Awful service. I placed an order on Monday 6th March 2023 for products are and we’re advertised as in stock on the website. I paid extra for the express delivery as I needed the products for a project but I still have not received my order and customer service are unable to provide me with an update. To add to this, I was not informed that my order has experienced delays, I had to chase myself after days with no update. Today is the 18th day waiting for an order which I paid to be delivered within a couple of working days.

Very poor service from start no stock charged nearly 9 pound delivery 7 days later still not received all my order do not use this company far better service out there Will never recommend or use again avoid 100%

I am still waiting for goods that should have been delivered between the dates of 17th-20th March. Customer service support is zero. I would think twice about ordering anything thru this company unless you are prepared to wait and put up with non existent Customer Service Support

The products I ordered were showing as In stock, when my parcel didn't arrive I emailed, got a response saying it hadn't been dispatched yet, then the following day a refund on all products saying one item had been discontinued. I paid express delivery as I needed the items quickly.

Waited 3 weeks never arrived emailed, given choice off wait or return money. Money returned in 3 days, ordered from Zoro arrived in 3 days I know where I am going next time.

Item was supposed to be new, but when received was clearly not. Wouldn't refund. Wanted it returning to send back to manufacturer for their comments before refunding. a week later and I am still waiting to be refunded. poor service

Listed as stock item I paid then told not in stock,this has not helped with our relations to a big customer that we supply parts to in F1 very disappointed indeed will not use again

Pictures on their website do not match the title. Item was shown as Antique Pine and they sent Smoked Walnut.

Ordered 100 silicone sealant only 50 arrived left an email with no response can't speak to anyone as when you phone says email only horrendous customer service

Ordered 2 items and paid for express delivery. One item arrived, however I am yet to receive the second, after requesting a refund I was advised a 6 working day investigation needed to take place before I would receive an answer, this has now been a month since being advised 6 working days and I am still no further forward with receiving the product or a refund. First and last time I use this company.

The worst experience in tools online buying. I ordered a belt sander and after few days, with no explanation, I've been refunded. I ordered a different model of belt sander. After 2 days, the order status was still processing. I wanted reassurance, so I emailed them asking about the first order and if the second order will be honored. Their apologized for the first order, the reason being a stock malfunction, but reassured me that the second belt sander will be delivered. It didn't. At least I was refunded again.

Order a makita cordless dust extractor on 23/02/23 website clearly stated next day delivery 4 days later it turns up leaving me out of pocket they have a customer service number that takes you to an email address but nobody ever responds all my paperwork says next day delivery but they still argue the case I will never order from this company again customer service is abysmal once they have your money they don’t want to know.
