Had to leave checking out while I checked out a couple of things when I came back to it it had emptied ! Took me ages spent £300 but hey ho won’t be doing that again

No customer service, sent 4 emails, all ignored, Asked for a refund, still ignorned. Call customer support and the number directs you to voicemail saying you have to email enquires/ issues. I ordered the products two weeks ago now, Order was only a number of boxes of screws too. Wont be using again

Can not contact to find out when your delivery is going to arrive, bad customer service. Wrong reference number send so could not get in touch with the delivery company, basically they didn't want to know

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever known. Stay clear!! still waiting for my package over three weeks later. customer service is almost non existent.

Still waiting for the screws, no one can tell me when they will be arriving, poor show. Very unhappy as I need these screws urgently. Next time will not use this company due to poor service.

These are the people to get the poorest service ever from. Ordered 2 expensive hydraulic jacks, only one arrived, they claimed they dispatched 2 via live chat. They then ignored all email, live chat and telephone contact. Had to get PayPal involved and will be informing Trading Standards as it seems to be their business ethic.

Very poor service! Ordered 25l of SBR and paid for next working day delivery as we need I’d them quickly. 5 days later no sign of them! Tried to phone customer service… no longer operational contact by email only! So emailed and received a fairly prompt reply that they hadn’t been sent out yet! Received them 3 days later. They should have refunded the postage at least! Not dealing with them again not least because you can’t talk to them directly.

If I could I’d give no stars placed order took my money 3 days later we don’t have it in stock. Then show out of stock on website,this will now put me back a week.

I placed an order for sds drill which did not get processed, power tools direct credited my card but did not notify me by email to say that the order was not going to be fulfilled. This is extremely poor service I had an engineer waiting on this sds drill for a job and I didn’t know it had been cancelled for whatever reason until I checked my credit card statement. It appears you cannot rely on this supplier for urgent or important jobs.

Awful service. I placed an order on Monday 6th March 2023 for products are and we’re advertised as in stock on the website. I paid extra for the express delivery as I needed the products for a project but I still have not received my order and customer service are unable to provide me with an update. To add to this, I was not informed that my order has experienced delays, I had to chase myself after days with no update. Today is the 18th day waiting for an order which I paid to be delivered within a couple of working days.

I am still waiting for goods that should have been delivered between the dates of 17th-20th March. Customer service support is zero. I would think twice about ordering anything thru this company unless you are prepared to wait and put up with non existent Customer Service Support

The products I ordered were showing as In stock, when my parcel didn't arrive I emailed, got a response saying it hadn't been dispatched yet, then the following day a refund on all products saying one item had been discontinued. I paid express delivery as I needed the items quickly.

Waited 3 weeks never arrived emailed, given choice off wait or return money. Money returned in 3 days, ordered from Zoro arrived in 3 days I know where I am going next time.

Item was supposed to be new, but when received was clearly not. Wouldn't refund. Wanted it returning to send back to manufacturer for their comments before refunding. a week later and I am still waiting to be refunded. poor service
