I placed the entire order for a whole week but still received no news. After asking, I received the package but the screws still missing. It took more than ten days after I placed the order to be told that the goods were not in stock. Refund still not received. It’s a very bad shopping experience.

Order placed, order not delivered, email sent to query delivery then the order was sent next day but didn’t arrive next day. It’s due Monday over a week after it was ordered. Pushed a big job back and made my company look like fools.

I haven’t received my order and have tried to contact Power Tools Direct a number of times both by phone and email but I have not received any response.

My husband ordered a standard item Friday 5/7/24 and paid £6.95 for a courier service delivery which we mistakenly thought would be quicker. An email and SIX days later the item arrived. This is why people do not use independent companies we paid £54 (which according to their website was a reduced price) plus £6.95 postage for an item Amazon are selling for £50 and less postage for next day delivery.

Avoid at all costs, eBay needs to look at this company's policies and postage. Got stung and will never buy from this company again.

Take orders for items they obviously don't have in stock, take payment for express delivery and only inform when chased a week later that they don't have the stock. No response to calls. Email responses in the early hours of the morning! Waiting on a refund and have ordered elsewhere.

I paid extra delivery charge to get the item asap, it should be with me between 25th and 26th, today is 27th and i haven't received ir heard from you.

This company is taking orders that they don't have! The delivery shown is total fiction with no details of when item will be shipped. I have a great dislike companies that do this. I demanded a refund which they did.....the only thing good. It appears I'm not the only one with these issues. I don't recommend

I've placed 2 x separate orders for different pressure washers in different weeks and both times I've been informed that neither item was in stock. This was 3 x days after I'd paid ! Absolutely awful company.

Ordered items in stock at the time I ordered them, for a 48hr delivery, more than a week later no order was delivered, to find out that the company had cancelled my order, claiming the items were out of stock, for me to take a look at the website to find out that the items was actually in stock at a higher price, it seems to me that the company did not honour the price which these was when I ordered, no communication and to sell products at a higher price, this company is dishonest and does not deliver orders as stated, they also are very poor at communicating about issues until the point of cancelling the order, I will NOT be ordering from them very again, I can't deal with a company who cares more about profits than customer service and unable to deliver orders, order elsewhere with a company who does care, avoid this company if you want to avoid disappointment.

Allowed me to purchase out of stock items. Delayed delivery took over 3 weeks to arrive. Missed item on order and only told me on day of delivery. Repeatedly had to ask for shipping costs refund. Customer service rep unbothered. Wouldn’t use again. Avoid.

Very pleased with the tool, but it was very badly wrapped and not well protected and it took a week to arrive after supposedly being sent next-day delivery.

Bought the  Clarke 7637706 Cwb-R1B Red Workbench+30Pcs Hooks,turns out its not the original one in the diagram as apparently thats only for illustration purpose lol,the bench that came is a cheap cardboard and tin version,doesnt even resemble the picture except its red,absolute rubbish false advertising but apparently its clarkes fault not theres even though they only show the picture of the bench you WON'T get so steer clear

I had bought a fairly expensive item for my partner for his birthday, and this company cancelled my order due to not having the stock, after I had already paid. If you do not have the stock, it should be listed as out of stock on the website and money should not be taken out of my bank account. I have since checked and no refund has returned to my account and i have instead received an email mentioning credit? If I have been given credit instead, I must insist on a full refund and perhaps even some compensation, as I do not intend on using your service again and am massively disappointed. I have now had to repurchase from a competitor, without having yet received the refund as his birthday is too soon to wait. For some people they are not able to afford the luxury of repurchasing from another website before refunds are issued and therefore this poses a real issue on this company. Do not recommend for purchases.
