Placed 2x orders. Both with express delivery. Over a week later and still not sent out.

Ordered product the 8th of November paid delivery charge. Order status has been processing since placed. No telephone contact tells you to send an email. Email asking when I can expect the item. They will look in to it. Nothing. Steer well clear.

ITEM WAS OVER A WEEK LATE ON DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPEATEDLY REFERRED ME TO COURIERS - BUT OFFERED NO ANSWERS TOLD ITEM WAS LOST - IT THEN ARRIVED AT OUR DEPOT ASKED TO COMPLETE CREDIT APPLICATION - INFORMED THEM ITEM HAD BEEN DELIVERED RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT CREDIT HAD BEEN RAISED EVEN ALTHOUGH ITEM WAS DELIVERED AND CUSTOMER SERVICES HAD BEEN INFORMED WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Very poor, I know the couriers damaged the goods but your actions and continued actions mean I still don’t have my replacement part. I should have just ordered from machine mart and I would have had it Friday 14th!!!

Packaging was poor, the blade was loose and banged around in the box. This should always bd senr secured. Main metal body paintwork chipped, however is useable. Normally I would send back. As function is not impaired I will use.

I paid for express delivery so the item would be delivered promptly. Power Tools took 3 days to dispatch the item.

Absolutely no confidence in Power Tools Direct, I paid for courier delivery, expecting my order to arrive within 2/3 working days as delivery address is in Aberdeen. Order was placed on 26.09.2022 - two weeks later, and after sending numerous emails I am informed - " we have to wait for conclusion on shipment before offering refund. When the goods arrive we will be able to accept this back for a refund". Obviously Power Tools Direct take no responsibility whatsoever for customer satisfaction or delivery. I think I have been generous giving them a one star!

Service was terrible I Paid extra money for a 2 day delivery on a Wednesday as I needed tool for Friday and tool was not delivered till Tuesday so had to manage without tool not a happy customer and probably won’t use you again

i was promised and paid for next day delivery, which should have meant delivery on a thursday. Package had not arrived on friday I emailed twice to say that I needed the item asap , checked dpd tracker and item had not even been picked up yet. I emailed to say item was no longer required as I had gone to screwfix and bought some , they were also almost half the price that power tools charged. Package then arrived over the weekend. I had already finished the job the day before.

I paid for the goods, a fortnight later i hadn't heard anything or received my goods so i contacted the company only to be told the goods hadn't even left the warehouse yet. It is also not possible to contact this company by the phone. The goods did however finally arrive 3 and a half weeks later.

Ordered and paid for goods and paid Express delivery and 5 days later still haven’t received my goods not even a shipping number or a email to say they been shipped out terrible service it’s not the first time I have had bard sevice from power tools company I don’t think I will be dealing with these again

They sent different item to what they advertise! Bought 300£ of hammer fixings On advert says Timco PZ3 yellow box. They came in red boxes and are PZ2 screws They rubbish don’t hold nothing they just spin around. Very disappointing.

Bought 2 products paid extra for express delivery. Parcel turns up later than expected with only half of the order. Contact customer service to be told that the full order has been delivered. Email them back to let them know that it is definitely not been fully delivered. They continue to say it has and make out that I’m lying. They then say they will take up a dispute with the courier but in the meanwhile I’m out of pocket for a product I’ve not received and no intention of sending me a replacement out while they deal with the courier. Customer service is one of the worse I’ve had the unpleasure of dealing with. Would avoid this company in the future. Also no phone line to speak to anyone???

Ordered an item with express delivery but no sign of item and had to contact customer service. Advised item has not been shipped but would be for next day. Requested cancellation of item and then told item had already been shipped so unable to cancel order. Requested return process and told item would not be collected and I’d have to pay for return of item. This is poor service especially as they shipped the items late.

Goods damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. Paltry £10 compensation for damaged goods and late delivery, yet charged extra £16+ postage for 'long length item' they couldn't be bothered protecting. Poor complaints procedure.
