“I wish I could leave a good review but unfortunately...... I placed and order, paid for express delivery and waited! Order did not arrive so I chased and recieved an email with a tracking number (for half my order). I chased again and asked to be called.....got another email. Contacted them a third time, again asking for a call.....surprise, surprise, another email. Oops, we don't have your order in stock so we held it back! I lost several days work waiting for materials that they didn't have in stock but still took my order and accepted my payment. I had to compensate a very unhappy customer, who quite rightly thought I'd hopped off to another job (until I showed him my emails), lost time and obviously money but at least PowerTools said sorry so I guess that makes it all better!”

“Very poor service. Took over a week from placing the order until they decided to dispatch. Ordered on 17th November. After an emailing asking about my order on 23rd, got notice on the 24th November that it was being despatched. I await to see when it will arrive. One of the slowest companies I have ever used to actually send an order out!”

“Should be Power Tools Indirect, paid extra for delivery of one item, waited in two days and still not received. Contacted via e-mail and received a generic response. Very poor customer service.”

“Despite ordering scews 6 weeks ago, still not received them and have cancelled my order. Although no refund yet received. Been advised that the products will not be dispatched until the end of November, they still show as in stock and available for delivery.”

“Beware this Company! The Item ordered was faulty, I informed Power tools direct within 30 of it being delivered and asked for a refund. This was denied, stating the 30 days started from date of order. This is in violation of consumer rights, but they are not interested. They then try to blame the manufacturer. Please don't risk it or like me you will end up trying to sell the item on Ebay to try to get some of your money back.”

“Poor service, a week to despatch and the delivery service lacks the ability to rearrange deliveries easily, a delivery which would’ve been accepted easily the week before they were despatched, now two weeks from order I still don’t have my product. Some emails don’t get responded to.”

“Placed my order and waited 2 weeks. Heard nothing from you so contacted you. Was promised express delivery 2 days later. Waited 3 days and still never arrived. Asked for a refund as fed up with waiting. $ boxes of screws and you couldn't fulfill the order....jokers, avoid.”
