“Goods ordered 5 Dec 2022. Arrived 17 Dec 2022. Package torn and contents hanging out but fortunately all there and not damaged.”

“placed an order over a week ago, have been told one of the items is not in stock even though showing in stock when ordered, and the second part of the order still hasn' t arrived”

“Terrible service. Ordered two SDS chisels for a job on Monday, got in touch the following Monday as they hadn’t even been dispatched. Got a dispatch notice on Tuesday, the day I needed them for and another week later and they still haven’t been delivered. So over two weeks now and no hint of getting them. Won’t be using again.”

“Appalling service, Took my order and payment for next day delivery, yet 4 days later DPD are saying delivery could be be a few more days and they can't confirm the date. Tried to speak to Power Tools Direct, but no phone number. E- mailed and asked them to call me, but, they refused. the delayed delivery has halted production, we asked Power Tools Direct if we could refuse the delivery in order to purchase locally, but where advised they may charge us for a refused delivery. Not Good Enough. Shall not use this company again..”

“5 days late on delivery SO FAR. Tried calling but answer phone says they no longer take calls, and e-mail is the only way of communication. Companies need to stop hiding behind Covid. I try to boycott any company that I cannot talk to over the phone at least, my mistake I guess.”

“You didn't have an item in stock and yet you still listed it as available and accepted payment. So I didn't actually even receive the order you're asking for feedback for. Maybe make sure the stuff your selling is actually something we will receive. That would be a good start.”

“Ordered product the 8th of November paid delivery charge. Order status has been processing since placed. No telephone contact tells you to send an email. Email asking when I can expect the item. They will look in to it. Nothing. Steer well clear.”

“ITEM WAS OVER A WEEK LATE ON DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPEATEDLY REFERRED ME TO COURIERS - BUT OFFERED NO ANSWERS TOLD ITEM WAS LOST - IT THEN ARRIVED AT OUR DEPOT ASKED TO COMPLETE CREDIT APPLICATION - INFORMED THEM ITEM HAD BEEN DELIVERED RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT CREDIT HAD BEEN RAISED EVEN ALTHOUGH ITEM WAS DELIVERED AND CUSTOMER SERVICES HAD BEEN INFORMED WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN”

“Very poor, I know the couriers damaged the goods but your actions and continued actions mean I still don’t have my replacement part. I should have just ordered from machine mart and I would have had it Friday 14th!!!”

“Packaging was poor, the blade was loose and banged around in the box. This should always bd senr secured. Main metal body paintwork chipped, however is useable. Normally I would send back. As function is not impaired I will use.”

“Absolutely no confidence in Power Tools Direct, I paid for courier delivery, expecting my order to arrive within 2/3 working days as delivery address is in Aberdeen. Order was placed on 26.09.2022 - two weeks later, and after sending numerous emails I am informed - " we have to wait for conclusion on shipment before offering refund. When the goods arrive we will be able to accept this back for a refund". Obviously Power Tools Direct take no responsibility whatsoever for customer satisfaction or delivery. I think I have been generous giving them a one star!”
