“No customer service, sent 4 emails, all ignored, Asked for a refund, still ignorned. Call customer support and the number directs you to voicemail saying you have to email enquires/ issues. I ordered the products two weeks ago now, Order was only a number of boxes of screws too. Wont be using again”

“Product is ok. But packaging was terrible - no box only, item was only partly wrapped with plastic shrink film. As a result the item was delivered with scuffs and scratches all over. (delivery photo shows how it was packaged)”

“Can not contact to find out when your delivery is going to arrive, bad customer service. Wrong reference number send so could not get in touch with the delivery company, basically they didn't want to know”
