“Unfortunately I had a fire in my shed which was caused by one of my batteries which I do have a lot I needed to replace my water pump batteries as they were damaged very pleased with the service ( now have fire proof bags to keep the batteries in ).”

“I put an order in and they didn't send the items, the phone number informs you to email. They don't respond to emails or inquiries forms on the website or Facebook. Don't use this company at any cost, it is an appalling service with absolutely no support.”

“Orderer hangers with express delivery on a Thursday night, expected to receive goods by the following Tuesday at the latest. Didn't arrive until the following Thursday, what delayed my job. No email, to tell me when they would arrive, no contact on the phone”

“I ordered nails that were marked as in stock and ready for immediate free shipping. Four days later I got a message saying they did not have stock. Then I checked my payment receipt to see I had been charged £10 for shipping. When I enquired about them sending an alternative product I was told they had nothing in stock, but their website clearly showed those nails as being in stock. It was clear from subsequent messages they did not care about the labour I had to pay that couldn't work the following day without those nails. I would highly recommend buying from another shop. The partial order they did ship had not arrived within 7 days of ordering.”

“Found the products at good price, although when it came to checkout, it didn't work contacted the sales team who weren't very helpful. tried for 4 days then they eventually gave another option to pay. Fast delivery but, wasted 4 days”

“After paying for full order 1-2 weeks before receiving wait until sending shipment, and as wasn’t completed, decided then to inform me items were not available and left me scrambling around trying to get from another supplier,as had audit Bad communication, not happy with the attitude of sales team ,however was paid back very quickly, a plus”
