“Placed an order for nails. 10 days later, after 2 emails chasing my order..was told they were out of stock...why did it take 10 days to tell me you had no stock??? Would not use again.”

“Poor service, a week to despatch and the delivery service lacks the ability to rearrange deliveries easily, a delivery which would’ve been accepted easily the week before they were despatched, now two weeks from order I still don’t have my product. Some emails don’t get responded to.”
