“I purchased a CS6-9D combined sanding disc and belt. Prior to purchase, I made several enquiries about the machine and spare abrasives. I was promptly answered by sales assistant, Gosia, who was extremely helpful and became my reliable contact throughout the purchase. After delivery, I discovered a couple of issues which were no fault of Power Tools Direct. Gosia remained my point of contact throughout, providing prompt responses to my e mails and effectively liaised between PTD and the tool manufacturer to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Throughout our interaction, Gosia has been a credit to Power Tools Direct, being prompt, diligent and highly professional in all respects.
