“Fast delivery and well packaged. One of the aerosol paints I ordered didn’t actuate. They were very responsive to my email and offered a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement can which arrived within days. Thank you for great service!”

“Items ordered on the Thursday. Following Wednesday, no delivery, let alone an email from Power Tools Direct giving tracking number as indicated in the order confirmation email. Items arrived on the eighth day, still without a tracking number. Good job that I wasn't desperately in need of the items that I ordered, but it did frustrate me that I couldn't actually do the job I wanted to, for several days after I had anticipated receiving them.”

“Delivery could and should be better. Stevie Wonder the DHL driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address but I received it in the end. As for the hedge trimmer - i am very pleased with it. Hardly weighs anything and does the job.”

“Excellent customer service support. Had an issue with part of my order which we weren’t able to resolve. New item sent out by return delivery. Prices are comparable with other retailers if not cheaper. Would definitely recommend.”
