“Said it would be arriving on Monday and it did with a 1 hour delivery slot and it came in well within the time slot. Quite surprised the handle as been treated, that's saved me a job. Thank you Mark”

“Brilliant service and an unbeatable price. £££££'s less than the competition for the exact same item ( Clarke bench pillar drill ). Delivered rapidly and securely, and with great communication. Will look here for any tools required in the future. Thank you.”

“I needed some Plastikote, stone fleck paint. The colour I needed was not available at my local stores. PowerTools Direct had the colour I wanted and it was still cheaper than the stores with p&p. Easy to order did not need to contact them as they emailed several times with updates.”

“Order Tuesday and paid for Thursday delivery which didn't arrive after paying for express delivery. When I called on the Friday to ask for tracking I was told they hadn't even despatched it because they had no stock. This meant we were scrambling around for 1/2 trying to purchase the item locally.”
