“Delivery was fine once finally advised by the courier service several days from the order date so timescales are greater than expected. The condition and manner of packaging materials was of a high standard to better rely on the condition of goods. The order was attempted to be amended (quantities increased) however online reply was slow and the response given to this request was rejected without explanation unfortunately, especially as additional delivery costs could have been avoided.”

“Beware this Company! The Item ordered was faulty, I informed Power tools direct within 30 of it being delivered and asked for a refund. This was denied, stating the 30 days started from date of order. This is in violation of consumer rights, but they are not interested. They then try to blame the manufacturer. Please don't risk it or like me you will end up trying to sell the item on Ebay to try to get some of your money back.”
