“The worst company I’ve ever used professionally. Non existent customer service( email only) The lady I was dealing with was particularly poor, didn’t understand simple words and questions. Took £500 from my account for an agreed product that was in stock. It was only part delivered 2weeks late with no justification. The remaining part of the order was never going to be stocked as I called the manufacturer that expressed concern about there dishonesty! I therefore cancelled the order and arranged a collection. I waited over 4 weeks after they received the item to get my refund. Which was short! Tried to resolve and clarify over email but the incompetence is unbelievable. Avoid this company if you wish to be treated within the parameters of consumer law!!!!”
