“Poor, unreliable service: - delivered only 11 of our Seventeen !! generators. - no communication - no notification - no apology - no offer of compensation - over half a dozen unanswered desperate calls. Poor, poor, poor.”

“The box arrived without any outer wrapping and had been re-sealed in transit. Some of the small bits were missing and it was a pretty frustrating couple of hours trying to figure out what was missing as they don't give you a parts list! However after a couple of e-mails to Power Tools Direct they gave me a full refund so that was pretty good service. Things will go wrong, and when they do, it's how the thing is dealt with that's important.”

“My order arrived sooner than I expected and the parcel contained the right products. Well done! However, some of the spray bottles were leaking as they were packed laid down instead of standing up. I know it is not easy to have the right packaging for everything. I can't rate 5 stars because of the leak (it could be due to the transportation as well) but I will definitely order again with Power Tools Direct. Thank you.”

“A company built on false promises, fake stock levels, and awful communication, and lies. YOU CANNOT HIDE BEHIND THE EXCUSE 'We are online only so therefore don't use a telephone' That's outdated, pathetic, and gives a dreadful customer experience. Why on earth don't you listen to all the awful reviews about your service and do something about it? I, as many, have used you once and will NEVER use you again. You are losing customers daily for a totally avoidable reason.”
