“Very poor customer service. I waited four weeks for this and had to chase up on several occasions. Waited ages for a reply, you can't even ring these people and speak to them. I will never use again, very disappointed.”

“Bad communication not told my product was delivered to pick up point, I was told it wasn't in stock for weeks, instead it got delivered after I change my plans for the use of the chainsaw. Got direct information from Hyundia telling me my product had been returned and as for DPD they useless not even letting me know my product was at the pick up point . So between you I am very disappointed, I had to change so much of my plans because I was told I would not get the product in time and then to find out it had been at the pick before when I could of got it and taken it with me. NOT HAPPY. Nearly a month before I got it, had to be another product sent out direct from Hyundai, they have been Fantastic and the best anyone could wish for. Will not use your company again.”

“As mentioned in multiple other reviews the delivery is slow / late. Customer service was ok but it took multiple emails to chase where orders were and was a week later than the 2 weeks it said to get some boxes of screws out. Will not be using again.”

“Ridiculous place order wait 8 days with no communication then email to find out why,, not in stock awaiting delivery, IF IT ISN'T IN STOCK DONT OFFER IT, or at least contact and inform your customer, this isn't rocket science it is poor customer service”
