“I recently purchased five 5L tubs of Ronseal Fence Life Plus in Warm Stone from Power Tools Direct. Delivery was on time and the paint was carefully packaged. There was some confusion as the order was delivered on two consecutive days but Gosia in Sales soon responded to my email query. I have bought this fence paint before elsewhere and I love the colour, as seen in the photo on the fence panels and bench (ignore the walls and stone). I am happy to recommend Power Tools Direct.”

“Tgey Had a cheapest price on the product I bought and tge delivery was 5.95 that is OK considering that I bought 3 similar items so total came out something north to £22 which I feel was a fair deal.”

“I have used Power Tools Direct a few times now. Really good prompt service and a good product. I use a lot of gold aerosol paint in my work as a furniture restorer and painter. It’s a very good finish and lots of my fellow painters ask what I have used and I have recommended this product quite a few times (Plastikote brilliant gold aerosol spray paint)”

“This has been a complete nightmare company to deal with, I paid for express delivery and 6 days later I have still not got it, I have stopped me from working for days as I'm a tradesman, now i,m told its being delivered today and I have to wait around another day as they do not pay for returned postage, they keep a phone number on there web page so it looks like they are contactable by phone when you ring it, it just tells you this line is unmanned and to email them, email them and it's just useless, told them not to post the items as they told me it had not left yet but they posted it anyways and they do not pay for return post, God never again will I use a web page without a working phone number as if something goes wrong it can and has been a complete nightmare, now complaining to my bank to get a chargeback”

“Communication was great, delivery was quick and the machine was packaged securely with no damage or issues. Good company to deal with and price was competitive. Only negative aspect was an offer of 5% discount came through after I had purchased the item and after I emailed them asking for the discount I got no response.”

“If you want to waste your money on express delivery this is the company to go with,don't despatched items in the time frame they say. No telephone number to call,only emails which take days to answer. Seems they have conned alot of people out of extra money for delivery and don't refund,and they have the cheek to get you to pay for returning it Please don't waste your money with this company. Go with a well established one and you will see the difference and save money”

“Absolute shocking service ordered 12× 5l pva and when arrived they were 1l tubs no were in description saying that just a picture of a 5l tub Be carefully before you buy They know fine well what they doing”
