“Placed my order and waited 2 weeks. Heard nothing from you so contacted you. Was promised express delivery 2 days later. Waited 3 days and still never arrived. Asked for a refund as fed up with waiting. $ boxes of screws and you couldn't fulfill the order....jokers, avoid.”

“Poor service. Late delivery. No explanation, No offer of a discount. Impossible to reach somebody by phone. They do provide a phone number but then an automatic message tells you that 'they found it's more efficient for us the clients to write to them'. Yeap, I bet they did. AND we ordered 17 generators this time. If that's how they treat a Charity who ordered over 50 generators God save you if you order an electric screewdriver.”

“Easy to order and PTD had what I wanted in stock, unlike a lot of local suppliers. Competitively priced too. So a big plus there. I prefer to have goods delivered to a local pick up point if possible rather than my house which unfortunately is not possible with Royal Mail. Their predicted delivery days are also very unreliable. So, an alternative courier option would be good.”
