“Arrived safely, thank you. However, no email confirming my order and when I raised this issue via the advertised contact email address a couple of days later there was no reply. I then tried an advertised phone number only to receive the recorded message that queries were now only to be communicated by email. I was pleasantly surprised to finally receive the goods. No paperwork included so no option for either return or query. Strangely, Power Tools Direct is the business recommended by the manufacturers of the product I wanted!”

“I purchased a CS6-9D combined sanding disc and belt. Prior to purchase, I made several enquiries about the machine and spare abrasives. I was promptly answered by sales assistant, Gosia, who was extremely helpful and became my reliable contact throughout the purchase. After delivery, I discovered a couple of issues which were no fault of Power Tools Direct. Gosia remained my point of contact throughout, providing prompt responses to my e mails and effectively liaised between PTD and the tool manufacturer to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Throughout our interaction, Gosia has been a credit to Power Tools Direct, being prompt, diligent and highly professional in all respects. “I ordered some loft floor risers which I am extremely pleased with. They were fitted at the weekend, by my Son and his partner, along with some floor boards. I am now able to store things in the loft, so very happy. Power Tools Direct supplied them in good time, very reasonable prices, I cannot fault the company or the quality and prices. I will be ordering again, as there are more boards to be fitted. Thank you Power Tools Direct.”
