“Disappointing experience. Paid extra for express delivery and a week later still no order. No response from customer services on delivery updates and can’t contact by phone. Think twice about using this company.”

“I ordered two items. After one week of no tracking number or delivery time I contacted the company who stated “ I have asked Sealey to send this order to you directly for delivery tomorrow, we do apologise for the delay with your order” I then received an email saying the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund with no explanation. Very poor communication and has left me a week later having to order from another company”
