“Placed my order on the 9th of January and paid for express delivery. I waited two extra days past the latest expected date and still didn’t receive my order. I had to contact the sales team about it and requested a refund for the express postage I paid. They didn’t refund me and instead sent the order the next day, with one item missing and screws placed in an envelope instead of the original box. Terrible experience.”

“First time I have rdered from this company... frame ledge and braced door ... Communication was good... the office contacted me to sort out delivery date but then it was changed by them and they thankfully let me know in good time.. the door was well wrapped delivery driver was lovely. The installer didn't express any problems othe than it was very knotty. All fitted and two coats of weathershield....”

“Paid extra for express delivery but the item wasn't even shipped before the advertised delivery date. I asked for a refund of the express delivery charge but the company refused to make this claiming that the delay was reasonable”

“I placed an order on 12th January, today is the 23rd and no delivery to date, although they were quick enough to process the payment. Unreachable by phone, only a standard email reply saying they were experiencing a high volume of emails. I recommend avoiding dealing with this company.”

“DIABOLICAL COMPANY , ADVERTISING GOODS IN STOCK THEN DONT DELIVER ,STATING NOT AVAILABLE , LOST ME OVER A WEEK ON THIS JOB AND STILL NO DELIVERY BEEN 12 DAYS NOW , NOT EVEN. “Unbelievable so-called customer service. I placed an order which, at the time, was stated to be delivered within 2–3 working days. I then placed another order and was charged twice. Neither of the orders were delivered. After a few phone calls, they stopped responding completely. After several chasing emails, I finally received a response saying it would be delivered “tomorrow” — then again “tomorrow” and so on. It is now the second week and I still have no parcels, no refund, and no proper communication. Avoid — I don’t believe this is a genuine company, or something is seriously wrong, otherwise I don’t understand why they won’t answer the phone or deliver goods that have already been paid for.”
