“Invoice number 1000406461 Order number 1000502927 My purchase arrived in an open package, three tubes of sealant, no good to me as the nozzles had dissappeared, as I needed them the next day I had an eight mile round trip to get some and an extra cost. I have already sent a message to you and have had no reply to date. Martyn Long”
