“Order placed for items shown as "in stock". When neither item arrived I made contact and was informed that one item had been delayed so neither had been sent. After numerous emails and constant chasing one half of the order arrived in a split box, still waiting for the second part!”

“Unbeatable prices, all packaging recyclable, sensible delivery cost, reliable courier (that's worth a few stars), full paperwork and tracking info and a couple of the items quite difficult to find elsewhere. Have I missed anything?”
