“Ordered before Christmas as a gift, paid for fast delivery, item has still not arrived! Lack of customer service, as only answering to customer queries and complaints via email as their answer phone message tells you that this is the most efficient way , I had no confirmation or tracking number with my order and was not given any information as to what was happening with it either via their efficient way of serving customers.”

“Very dissatisfied with this company, I ordered 5 LED candles for my chandelier all the same so the warm light effect would be even. I paid for fast delivery so I could have them before Christmas. They arrived on time but there were only 4 candles instead of 5 and they were in different boxes clearly short on supplies. Having contacted the company I have been given a refund for the candle that was missing the point is that I would have preferred a cancelled order instead of a refund. I did not get any apology and still have to get another candle.”
