“Delivery conditions could be made clearer on the Power Tools Direct website. It was not apparent that to obtain next day delivery, orders need to be placed by midday. Also, delivery days do not include weekends, so 1-2 days delivery means only Mondays to Fridays. The remainder of the purchase was perfect and the person I spoke to over the phone to clarify the delivery arrangements was polite and helpful. I plan to use this company for further purchases in the future.”

“Although service and delivery good. There was too much packaging which is an awful lot of waste which then creates a problem of disposal. would it not be possible to develop a more efficient way of packing.?”

“Each container of fence paint was in an individual box. Unfortunately most of the containers had leaked probably during transit and we had to clean each container as we opened the box.”

“I ordered my fence paint and would have given 5stars but on tin was damaged and therefore leaked onto my new waistcoat from Zara only a week old. I never reported it as I didn't think anything would be done.”

“Very fast service, items well packaged, products cheaper than anywhere else. Only reason not 5* was delivery which is down to the delivery company used (UK Mail) difficulty accessing their tracking of my parcel, when I eventually did to put a note for delivery ie to leave in safe place - this was ignored. However, they did redeem themselves by returning the following day (which was a Saturday) so eventually got my items....”
