“Good service and very helpful staff”

“You cant amend and order, so as we needed a couple of amends we has to cancel and re book which caused a delay. The product must have been out of stock, so that caused a delay too, but a good price, well packed, and happy with the order when we finally got it.”

“Competitive price and tools well packed. A problem with courier meant that one item out of two was not delivered in time and there was a few days delay before the full order was received. Staff at Powertools were helpful and the problem was resolved.”

“Easy to order and came quickly. It was also a good price. The only issue I have is the amount of packaging. I ordered several small boxes of glue. These were packed in a strong small cardboard box which was then in a much larger box surrounded by lots of crushed paper. While the packaging was paper which is good, I felt it could have been just as well protected in a smaller package.”

“Quick delivery. Packing was damaged but the grass cutter was ok. Neglected to include the bottle of engine oil. Contacted them and told that it is in the post but after four working days it has not yet arrived.”

“Goods arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Only criticism is that the carrier used is 'UK Mail' so the delivery date is not accurate..I've bought items twice in last month and paid extra for quicker delivery on one....it took 3 days not the max of 2'to arrive which delayed a job. The normal delivery item took 5 days. Otherwise I would fully recommend power tools direct.”
