“The service was good, although I did not get the order dispatched e-mail that the web page said I would. Was not sure when the order would arrive.”

“Shipment details (mobile office outside std. postcode) were not handed-over to UK Mail. After 3 trials to deliver, we had to collect at UK Mail dispatch @ Poole. Should be improved.”

“I would strongly recommend Power Tools Direct their excellent service, Power Tools Direct had in stock exactly what I needed, their pricing structure is very competitive with other retailers in fact I would say they were the best. For ordering on line their web page was easy to navigate easy to order and arrived when they said it would.”

“Easy to contact by phone and attentive when made aware of delivery problems. Three items dispatched separately and still waiting for the third to be delivered Staff very pleasant and helpful, I live in an outlying area so that may account for the problems with delivery.”

“Parts ordered were exactly what I required. Unfortunately at the time of ordering items ordered were out of stock, it's a pity that that u didn't send an Email sooner I had to contact u for the delay rather than me contacting u, however I am well satisfied with the order.
