“I was very happy with the decking stain I ordered and thought it was a good price. However I did the order in the morning to get next day delivery but my order did not turn up for 3 days after it should have, so wished I had not paid extra for faster delivery.”

“Ordering was easy, products were as discribed and at a good price. They confirmed my order by email & when items were dispatched, The only negetive was the delivery company tried delivering, & left a card to the wrong address!? However, I decided to collect from their depot as I was in the area the following day. I will use power tools direct again..”

“Not as neat a unit as previous Lighthouse headlamp owned wghich seems to be now unavailable. Gives a good bright beam and will clip to a cap or helmet ,which for some people would be advantageous, but not for me!!, which results in it being more cumbersome when just used bareheaded. Hope this one lasts longer than previous which one day was working .ok. and next totally dead. No loose wires or anything simple so had to replace.”

“Shipment details (mobile office outside std. postcode) were not handed-over to UK Mail. After 3 trials to deliver, we had to collect at UK Mail dispatch @ Poole. Should be improved.”
