“Good price and service. Had a text on the day of delivery giving a 1 hour slot for the delivery which I thought was brilliant so didn't have to stop in all day. Only to find it had arrived 2 hours before slot stated so had to be left with a neighbour which I was trying to avoid!”

“Product was as expected, original and untouched tins of Cuprinol Anti-slip Decking Stain, and came at an excellent price. Needed more than I originally ordered so came back again. However I was a little disappointed as delivery took 5 working days on the first occasion and 4 working days on the next when advertised and extra paid for '1-2 working days delivery' and showing as available for 'next day' on the site. Missed a great weekend to coat decking on first occasion. When queried at time of second order, was just shrugged off with spoke with courier it will be with you tomorrow. Product as expected, for sale at a great price, be wary of delivery if on a tight schedule!!”

“Excellent prices, good website, plenty of products. Poor delivery service. I paid £7 for next day delivery. Ordered Thursday, should have been here Friday, wasnt even attempted to deliver until Monday. I was out and the delivery company didnt leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour, so I didnt get it until Tuesday. I dont think you can blame Power Tools Direct for the delivery company though but it should be better.”
