“Very easy to order, really fast delivery. Although disappointed that it didn't tell me the carriage charge until after I had paid by PayPal?! I thought £6.99 was a bit steep but couldn't delete from my basket as it had already taken the payment from PayPal. I have never come across this way of adding carriage before.”

“Ordered 4 tins of paint and spoke to customer care to ensure it was packed well as ordered from another supplier and arrived damaged . Customer care were very good and friendly . My only gripe is delivery timings . Although ordered after cut off on Wed , didn't receive until following Monday , which caused me problems . Other than that would use them again .”

“Goods arrived within estimated delivery dates and considering my order preceded a Bank Holiday weekend that was impressive. I purchased replacement blades for my flora best lawn trimmer, they look good quality and fit my trimmer, although not tightly, I haven't tried them yet so time will tell, hence just 4 stars for the moment.”
