“The company have keen prices, offer quality products and provide good service. My only negative comment, and this is no negative reflection at all on Powertools Direct, is that they use UKMail as their carrier and in my experience, their service is quite poor, delivery is hit and miss it's almost impossible to speak to a person on the phone. Customer service is anything but that....”

“I have no problems with Powertools Direct. Good communication etc. However I do have an issue with the delivery service of UK Mail. it is impossible to speak to them. They log that they have left cards etc when they have not when I re-arrange delivery on the website I find that the delivery history has been changed. They said that I would have delivery on 8th June but I did not it is now 9th of june and I still cannot get delivery.”

“Delivered promptly. There are cheaper suppliers for this but possibly not as quick on delivery so you pay your money and take your choice!”

“Cage arrived on time for my husband's birthday. He caught a squirrel the 1st time he put out the cage. Difficult dealing with the live trapped squirrel but hopefully we will soon conquer dealing with the lively animal. We think it needs a cover to stop pigeons fussing around the nuts. So will look into that possibilty”
