“Would have been 5 stars but the carrier messed it up, claiming to have delivered to me when it had not. So a phone call and 3 emails to the carrier plus 2 phone calls and 2 emails to Power Tools Direct resulted in the correct product being delivered and a little compensation.”

“Goods fit for purpose and very handy in clearing up flood water -so not used for their advwrtised purpise! Took longer than the 3-5 days promised delivery but apart from that, very pleased with purchase.”

“Product good, product price was competitive. P&P less competitive but you are getting next day delivery. Courier useless and ignored [this way up liquids] warning messages (good of Power Tools to include this anyway), so everything leaked. Would reuse company.”

“I bought Bahco gardening knife. The product was very reasonably priced and exactly what I needed for planting through weed membrane. I didn't need it immediately so I was happy to wait for Royal Mail Delivery. Goods arrived within the advised time frame.”
