“Would of been 0 if it was an option. I ordered a product power tools direct cancelled the order because it was out of stock but did not inform me. I will not be using power tools direct again”

“5 stars what can I say,superb bit of kit too,seconds to get 2x 18mm nuts off that's never been off in 23 years( rear shock absorbers )would recommend and would definitely use again”

“Items ordered on a Friday for a 2-3 day express delivery, items did not arrive until the following Saturday the Job had to be delayed until the Monday do not promise if you cannot deliver as agreed”
