“Website indicates a shop. On arrival I was told sales were online only and there was nothing that could be done. I had to pay £4.99 p n p on an order costing £7.00. Made he project costly overall.”

“They took my order and money, all OK. The following day I received an email cancelling the order and then they refunded my card account. NO PROBLEM. Website said that the items were in stock. So the website was not up to date. Just a pity that they haven't a phone number for customers to call to check the stock availability on stock where stock is low.”

“Efficient to order but as there is no phone line you have to email asking for delivery date, which took days. Then the delivery courier couldnt be bothered to find our house.”
