“Delivery was ok - about 5 days. Jiffy bag slightly damaged. The set of chisels look like they’re a good quality product in a protective pouch. Itching to use them but they’re a birthday present for my son! I might have to borrow them sometime …”

“We recently received a very heavy piece of machinery from this comapny and the packaging used was ridiculous! The box used was very flimsy resulting in the item being damaged in 3 places. 1 week later and we are still awaiting the problem to be resolved.”

“Abus blank key. 75% cheaper than elsewhere. Low cost delivery when others were charging up to £9 to deliver a key blank. Arrived the next day. Fabulous service!”

“The customer services was extremely poor. There was no contact to tell me the product was out of stock and then after chasing, received an email two weeks later to say the order had been cancelled. Would not recommend buying from Power Tools Direct to anyone. Really disappointed that 2weeks on I don’t have the product I wanted in the first place.”

“Waited a long time to receive my order. Received an email to say one of the items wasn't in stock where they refunded the item. Then, only received part of the remaining order. Contacted customer services where I was told they sent out the full order. Clearly a packing issue as two items were missing. They then told me its tough, I'm not getting my products or a refund!!! I've never been treated this way by a company in my life and I would simply call this an act of theft.”
