“The product was as ordered and fit for purpose. However, I ordered on the basis of delivery in 5-7 days .... after 7 days of hearing nothing I chased and received a confirmation late that evening (technically into Day 8 after the order) that it was shipped and I would receive the item the next day. Given the lack of communication until I chased up, I get the strong impression that my order had been lost or forgotten until I took action.”

“I wanted an Irwin 3mm Marples M373 chisel for weeks. Saving £9 I had the chisel on my bench 3 days later. Next day delivery is an option. I chose to save money. Thanks Power Tooled Direct.”

“Unfortunately lacking communication skills, very poor on this company‘s behalf ended up going to my bank to get my money back, would I buy from them again definitely not. Stop using poor excuses whenever you take people money, when a full refund was requested”
