“Ordered 2 items and waited for 2 weeks, asked for refund and received on 1 item the other item got posted out a week later, very bad customer service.”

“+ Excellent Prices and Quality Branded goods! - This great service was let down by insufficient packaging which lead to goods being damaged in transit including the replacement because lessons were not learned. + Excellent After Sales Customer Service & Support! Overall Verdict - I would return to order from Power Tools Direct!”
