“Absolutely no confidence in Power Tools Direct, I paid for courier delivery, expecting my order to arrive within 2/3 working days as delivery address is in Aberdeen. Order was placed on 26.09.2022 - two weeks later, and after sending numerous emails I am informed - " we have to wait for conclusion on shipment before offering refund. When the goods arrive we will be able to accept this back for a refund". Obviously Power Tools Direct take no responsibility whatsoever for customer satisfaction or delivery. I think I have been generous giving them a one star!”
