“The whole service was good from start to finish, from ordering to the product being received on the date stated. I haven't used the product yet but it has arrived well wrapped and nothing was broken in transit.”

“Bought 2 products paid extra for express delivery. Parcel turns up later than expected with only half of the order. Contact customer service to be told that the full order has been delivered. Email them back to let them know that it is definitely not been fully delivered. They continue to say it has and make out that I’m lying. They then say they will take up a dispute with the courier but in the meanwhile I’m out of pocket for a product I’ve not received and no intention of sending me a replacement out while they deal with the courier. Customer service is one of the worse I’ve had the unpleasure of dealing with. Would avoid this company in the future. Also no phone line to speak to anyone???”
