“Went online, great website - found what I needed, and clicked on the "express 2-3 day delivery" - it took two weeks to arrive! but when it did, the parts were exactly as I expected and were very well packed.”

“Though I don’t believe it was directly Power Tools direct’s fault, the paint we ordered was due to arrive with DPD on 10th March and even though we were here the email we got from DPD said no one was in. Same thing happened the next day and then the delivery was being dropped at an arranged pick up point and never arrived and finally we got the first lot which we had to go and collect from pick up point yesterday afternoon and then the other two lots arrived at the pick up point today! The product was needed 5 days ago when it was due to be delivered and I think you should address this with DPD as your paying them to provide your business with a delivery service. We’re pleased with the product and will use your company again but the delivery service was dire.”

“I ordered a product for a job and only 10 DAYS after the ordeer as semd and paid for did they finally get intouch and say there was a problem with the stock so had to cancel my order, SO I WAS WITH OUT PRODUCT AND BACK TO THE STAR ON HAVING TO FIND A NEW SUPPLIER, Would not recommend as can noy talk to anyone and there staff all working from home, Bad SERVICE!!!!!!”

“Very poor service. They take your money and never contact you if there is a delay. I paid for a 2 day delivery and on day 5 no contact. Dreadful. Can't even phone them better to go to toolstation or screwfix”

“I was very disappointed with the service I received, after placing my order and paying extra for 2-3 day delivery after 5 days my delivery still hadn't arrived, there was no way to contact anyone other than to email it was then another two days before I got a reply stating that my order was on its way again another 2-3 days there was no mention of a refund for the failed first delivery. I then received an email from DPD saying they would deliver and that I would receive an email of when to expect once it had left the warehouse usually around mid-morning. when arriving at work the following morning at 7.30 am an email from DPD saying they had tried to deliver but were unable to and attached a photo of an address down the road. we finally received our delivery8 days after we placed the order.”
