"When I ordered my bike stand I new nothing of the company nor did I read the reviews so here goes, \r\nEmailed after nearly one to to be advised that my order was in and as soon as shipped would be advised again, and soon as shipped Mon morning 2 emails one receipt of goods, and one confirming shipping and tracking details. \r\nArrived when said , and in perfect condition. \r\nSo my experience has been a very good one.\r\nBased on this ,I will happily use this company again.\r\nThanks. \r\nA Thomason."

"This is the second time that I ordered Ronseal Fence Life Plus in warm stone from Power Tools Direct. Each time it was easy to order via their website and their prices are very competitive. The 5L paint tubs were packaged carefully and delivered by courier so that they arrived in excellent condition. I am really happy with this fence paint although I would suggest ordering up to double the coverage recommended on the tub (Ronseal recommend 4 tubs\/20 litres for 60sqm but one coat took 4.5 tubs), bearing in mind that (1) I prefer to paint with a brush, (2) the fence panels and posts are rough sawn timber which were never previously painted and (3) one third of the fence is the reverse side so there were numerous posts and horizontal braces to paint. The photos show just one coat of paint as I haven\u2019t finished."

"I've got to be honest, after reading some of the very negative reviews, I was hesitant on placing an order with Power Tools Direct. However, my selected item was in stock, at a good price, with a supposedly prompt delivery and I was offered a discount voucher.\r\nI ended up paying for Express Delivery ( as you need to spend \u00a3250 ex vat to qualify for Free delivery) and I am pleased to report that the item arrived at 09:30 the following morning!\r\nI did have to contact Customer Services with a query\/problem and received a prompt, polite, helpful, constructive and positive reply.\r\nI am very pleased with my purchase and from my personal point of view, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Power tools Direct!"
