“Bit of a hic-cup with delivery over separate days. Products installed and working fine. Good value generally but Clark drill press CDP5 has more backlash in vertical shaft than I would have liked. Overall a decent budget machine, at a good price.”

“Ordered a nail gun. After reading some of the other reviews I was a bit dubious about it. Im glad I took no notice. The item was cheaper than any other site I could find and was delivered earlier than originally stated. Tracking was updated regularly and the 1 hour time slot from DPD was really helpfull. The only downside was trying to order the item as the site kept sending me back to the start of the order just as I was trying to pay. This happened a few times and really needs sorting out because I nearly gave up on it and I'm pretty sure plenty of people will have. Hence 4 stars. Otherwise Excellent !!”

“My order was in stock and at a competitive price. The communications were good with emails for every step of the purchase. Dispatch could have been a bit quicker, the delivery was 2-3 days which under the current lockdown was to be expected.”

“Excellent product; good value for money; good delivery. I would have appreciated the item being wrapped better. I purchased a LONG HANDLED BORDER TROWEL. Just a bin-liner wound around it was insufficient and it came crashing THROUGH my letterbox, down on a tiled floor. I suggest that the steel blade could have been wrapped in some cardboard before the black plastic was applied. Having said that, I would buy from you again! Hope this is a helpful comment... it’s meant to be!!! —Thanks!”

“After reading the reviews I was nervous about ordering - but the price was great so I took a gamble. I paid by credit card as an extra protection. The really need to up their game on the administration side 1) Make sure a confirmation window is displayed after you have paid and 2) follow up with a confirmation email - automated so people don't think they are being scammed. They did reply to my email very quickly when I contacted them to check that my order had actually been received. I hesitated about buying because of this so they are probably losing sales because of it. HOWEVER THAT BEING SAID my items arrived within three days, packaged well, undamaged and exactly what I needed for a fraction of the cost from anywhere else.”

“Power Tools direct service was good, the sip sander wasn't so good. The sanding disc wheel had nearly 2mm of wobble, too much play on the mitre guide, belt worktable locking screw to short, washers missing and generally a poor finish on some parts of the machine. I expected better from sip but its probably a machine made in China that different brands stick their name label on.”
