“Item supplied was fine, though it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. It was despatched 4 days after order, so most of the delay was down to the delivery company (Royal Mail).”

“They put a picture of a larger version of the tool they suppplied me on their website, when in fact, it placed the smaller version in the basket !! (illustrations can be providedon request) They would only refund if I paid postage both ways. As it happens, I am so pleased with the tool that I would have kept it anyway , but their misrepresetation was very misleading . I would never use a company that use these tactics again.”

“Excellent range of products, reasonably priced, and concise paperwork that's easy to understand. More important, they have a telephone number that you can call, but remember that the person on the other end of the line is going to try and help you, and should be addressed accordingly. An improvement would be ditch 'Facebook' as entirely unnecessary.”
