“Don’t trust stock levels when ordering. I received an email alert saying something I’d been waiting for was back in stock, and so I ordered it. The next day o got an email saying it wouldn’t be back in stock for a week. My brother then got another stock alert, so ordered immediately for me online (again, website said ‘in stock’ and they took the payment). Waited 5 days and chased (at the time of ordering it said delivery would be 2-3 days). Only after chasing did PTD send another email saying ‘sorry it’s out of stock, won’t be back in for 3 months’. The prices are OK, but for the hassle and disorganisation it’s not worth it.”
