Good product and reasonable price, but paid extra for wicket delivery which did not happen. Tracking info was useless, only updates when out for delivery. This was at least three days overdue, emailed company three times before response, which was to give me tracking number that I already had! The items arrived that afternoon, tracking info advised ' delivered'. Extremely poor customer service!!

Managed to purchase one item online, also wanted to purchase two more items, no response to phone or email enquiries, live chat not even working. Don't recommend them, nor will I be buying anything else from this company.

No answer to my 2 Emails about order not received which I paid extra for quick delivery, Tried to call via phone number but saying not taking calls saying everyone is working from home, luckily enough I paid via PayPal so going request a refund, terrible company don't deal with.......

Communication is nonexistent! It doesn’t matter at what stage you are in your order, you will not receive a response of any kind. You will not know whether your order will be fulfilled or not. Don’t pay extra for express delivery as it won’t happen. My item did turn up eventually, I was going to request a refund from my credit card for non delivery and communication when it just turned up! It was cheap, but as I required it for a job had to buy another elsewhere, so now I have 2 and can’t be bothered to waste my time trying to return it. Overall, if you want something cheap, can afford to wait and see if it may arrive then buy from Tools direct and cross your fingers and toes- you have been warned!

Although the company was efficient, not having the goods that we ordered, wasn't very good. The website should be kept up to date all the time so people don't pin there hopes in getting something they want, when the company didn't have in the first place.

Paint arrived dented and leaking, not enough to complete the gates. Sent photos and email on Monday , three days later still no reply to rectify the situation.

If I could give 0 I would, due to the shocking communication alone!! That said after 22 emails between myself Gosia I finally got my goods collected & refund!! I ordered a pair of Bahco edging shears on an express delivery, they didn’t arrive & that was the start of my quest. When they did arrive they were delivered in what I can call a bin bag which was ripped and the goods all scraped & scratched…. These were part of a birthday present and I got asked a number of times were they useable…. Absolute joke!!! Who on earth would give or more to the point want to receive it that state??? There doesn’t seem to be any respect for the clients which is your biggest mistake or the company you work for!!! I would never recommend this company or use this company ever again…. I would like to add that I did give benefit of doubt because of the current climate, but the whole company need to give their heads a wobble and stop treating their clients with such lack of respect!!!

Ordered from these on a 3 to 5 day delivery arrived 10 days later. Phoned company message said we are not answering the phone email and we will get right back. They don't, ignored a number of emails. So no good phoning or emailing them. sent via DHL who are just as bad difficult to email or phone say they have got item and then they say they havn't. I would not use POWER TOOLS Direct even if you could not get what you wanted elsewhere. Only gave one star as you could not give less. This is one company to totally avoid.

Even though i paid for express delivery, a week later and no sign of my order. No answer on the telephone, apparently due to Covid Restrictions.

I have been really disappointed with my order. I ordered two tins of varnish- only one arrived and was dented when it arrived. when I complained about the missing order, another was ordered but with no guarantee that it would be delivered quickly. I have since had an email notifying me of a further delay. Despite me saying I needed the varnish for a time sensitive job, nothing has been done to expedite the order. Very disappointing and still waiting 2 weeks later.

Product had no arrived aftr 5 days and when I phoned a message said"we are not taking calls" I e-mailed as was told in the reply "order complete" I replied on the Thursday it had not been delivered and NOT to resend as I was purchasing from another source so please refund me. Saturday I received the product sent on a 24 hour delivery. It arrived 3 hours after the other delivery for the same product. Postage to send back would have meant even if I was refunded I would have lost 30% of the value plus the postage I had already paid which would not have been refunded. All in all there is no way I will use PowerTools direct again.

Still waiting for my parcel to arrive, paid for express delivery. Can't get to speak to anyone and emails left unanswered. Very disappointing service.
