They don’t know the products they sell. SIP pressure washer, Q, does it come with a turbo nozzle. After going back and forth 6 calls, A, yes. On receipt no it doesn’t! 3 hours work and 3 weeks in my possession the lance fails to work. I went back to Tools Direct only to be told “it’s a consumable item”. No it’s not. Anyway, within 3 weeks the sale of goods act is well and truly on my side. Bad experience!!!

Sorry to say I attempted to cut a 40mm plastic waste pipe, it wouldn't go through it and failed.

The customer services was extremely poor. There was no contact to tell me the product was out of stock and then after chasing, received an email two weeks later to say the order had been cancelled. Would not recommend buying from Power Tools Direct to anyone. Really disappointed that 2weeks on I don’t have the product I wanted in the first place.

Waited a long time to receive my order. Received an email to say one of the items wasn't in stock where they refunded the item. Then, only received part of the remaining order. Contacted customer services where I was told they sent out the full order. Clearly a packing issue as two items were missing. They then told me its tough, I'm not getting my products or a refund!!! I've never been treated this way by a company in my life and I would simply call this an act of theft.

I have been waiting for the balance of my order of screws, I have tried to phone but phones are not being answered at the moment. I have replied to email but haven’t received a reply or update.

I ordered some router bits that were urgently needed and expected them to be delivered within 2-3 working days. still no delivery after four working days I contacted Power tools Direct and they said they would look into it and the following day I received an email to say there was a stock error and they did not have the router bits. Problems do happen especially during these difficult times but if I had been notified about this error by yourselves straight away instead of me having chase up the delivery I would have been happier so that I could have continued to search for these elsewhere. We were credited straight away for the error.

Wrong item delivered and when we asked for a replacement we were advise that the item we ordered was now out of stock so stuck with something we didn’t want. Also arrived late. Promised 2-3 working days and took 5 working days.

I ordered six items from Power Tools direct. They were dispatched with DHL but only three items, separately packed were delivered. The DHL website said the delivery was a part delivery. When I contacted Power Tools to ask them to contact DHL and find out when I might expect the rest of my delivery they did do this. DHL claimed to have made a complete delivery. This has not been the case. I even sent to Power Tools photographs of the part delivery from the DHL tracking website and their record stating a part delivery. Power Tools reaction has been DHL claim to have delivered everything and they cannot claim for lost goods from DHL. They recommend I contact my credit card company and open a dispute. I find it very difficult to accept that I the customer am not believed even though they and DHL cannot provide proof of delivery. I shall not be making any further purchases from power tools and will pursue a claim through my credit card company

I received my item, a generator, £300. I realised that it wasn't powerful enough, i was given wrong information by the company just before buying it. Contacted Power Tools and send it back, stating that i wouldn't need another but a refund. The currier came to my place a couple of weeks later, I sent the item back. Since I had a few conversations and email, requesting my refund, then they stopped replying to me. 3 months later I have no generatoe, no money back and no communication. I will contact them on Monday 19th of October 2021 on my last attempt to recup my money then I will have to resolve it via legal way. Very disappointed. Customer Service 0
