Ordered products on the 1st. Still not even received a dispatched email let alone tools. Hopefully they appear soon as money was taken straight away.

Delivery took 6 days, very poorly packaged and items were missing offered a replacement item but unwilling to refund the postage

The unit received is faulty. Customer service are not providing a refund and instead requiring a protracted refund process.

Order (worth over £400) never arrived. Tried to phone them and the recorded message just says they only deal with customers via email. So there’s no way to speak to anyone. I’ve emailed several times over the last week and had no response. Utterly shocking service and now have no idea how we’ll get the money back as they’re completely uncontactable.

Was thinking of purchasing a 3 x Clarke Heavy Duty Instant Garage as I have several cars that need to be protected during winter months but have been put off by a friends review after poor customer service. Severe lack of customer ownership and passed to a manufacturer whom negated their responsibility. Will look at other products unless Power Tools Direct review their after sales service.

Hopless!!! Dpd lost my delivery and power tool direct won't do anything other ask dpd where it is. Both companies are a waste time and dismissive

Purchased a Clarke instant heavy duty garage/ workshop,I had it 7 months worn on certain parts of roof now leaking,contacted Power Tools Direct to complain and they wouldn’t take ownership of the problem, and passed me on to the manufacturer who say it’s wear and tear due to windy conditions !! Poor after sales service from you Powertools Direct ! Won’t be buying anything else from you , and I will be letting people know about my experience !!!!!!

Item (Ronseal Interior wax) ordered said 2-3 days delivery on website. After a week I sent an e-mail to be told that it would ship that day. Still no delivery half a week later. it's now been 11 days and still nothing.

I bought a Stabila level with wrong end cap, travelled down to their head office on Jan 4th. (I don't know where the photo is of their showroom but it certainly isn't there!)Chap there said "don't do returns everything online" Thanks, 70mile round trip wasted. Tried telephone " because of Covid can only contact via e-mail" 2 e-mails later and still no reply. Verdict: AVOID at all costs and that is being kind.

Placed order on 23 December 2021. Emailed a few times for updates. But no reply. My order arrived on 10.01.2022. box damaged, heater damaged from both sides. Send email again and again but no replay. will wait for a reply another 24 hours, if not will contact my bank and cancel my payment.

Absolute rubbish, no customer support, paid for next day delivery, product arrived over a week late with no option to even contact Power tools direct. After investigating find out alot of people in the same boat, being lied to, and ultimately ripped off by these scam artists. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered 2 items on 22/12/21, 1 item was the last one in stock, paid for 2-3 day delivery, half expecting delivery between Christmas and new year due to time of order and I have not received any of my items. I have not been contacted in any way, I have even sent an email asking for an update and I have had no reply.

Ordered as a Xmas gift paying for 2-3 days express parcel delivery. Goods still not here, no communication regarding delivery and business closed until January 5th so a disappointed customer

Cant be bothered to go it to it all again what I will say is that only using email as a communication is bad business I can understand letting your staff work from home but only if it doesn't customers contacting you having at least one in the office to answer the phone would be a very good idea
