Unfortunately lacking communication skills, very poor on this company‘s behalf ended up going to my bank to get my money back, would I buy from them again definitely not. Stop using poor excuses whenever you take people money, when a full refund was requested

Cant believe how unprofessional they are. Cant comment on the quality of product ordered as we never received them. Ten days on the order scheduled for delivery in 3 to 5 days was still not sent. No update given or communication and when eventually they responded to our emails they said they are busy and the items are in their warehouse tracking through the system or words to that effect. Appalling service. They were quick to take payment though. Would never use them again.

Their pricing is reasonably competitive. That's the good news. Their customer service is appalling, Communication is appalling, delivery charge quite pricey but their lead-times for delivery appalling. You can't speak to anyone as all communication is by email which takes ages for them to respond. I've taken the steps to remove them from my list of suppliers as everything I've purchased can be sourced elsewhere.

I purchased a 10 meter Link2Home strip light and the white light wouldn’t work. I asked for a replacement and the old ones to be collected.. I had an email to say I needed to send them back and you would check them and if faulty you would either refund or replace …. You don’t even have a phone line Terrible service

part order delivered , still awaiting remainder 2months on!. Parts are still showing on website as available for next day delivery! Would advise caution on using this company. No calls answered directed to email query.

My order took 9 days to be delivered even though they advertise special delivery 0f 2-3 days i aslo paid 16.95 for the privilage to have my delivery in 9 days . I contacted their sales/service by email and i recived no help or support. they sent a one line email on each occasions and then tried to hide behind their T&C's which i did not ecept they were hopeless in handing my questions and gave no kind of service. Its the most expensive delivery charge i have ever been charged and i received the worst delivery ever, plus the so called service was non existent.

I held off ordering until the delivery date on the payment page was what I wanted for a birthday present. They didn't dispatch it till that date. Next-day delivery by DHL didn't happen, but that's a different matter. PowerTools Direct say that they are not responsible for delays in delivery, but have failed to respond to my argument that they ARE responsible for dispatching items in accordance with what they say on their website. I could have ordered any time during the previous week if I had known that what was given as the delivery date meant nothing. Better to say nothing than to lie. A week on from the delivery date on which I based placing my order, the item is somewhere...

Rubbish. Selling items they don’t have and no customer service Bought online to complete a job the following weekend as was the cheapest and had free delivery over £75. After 4 days of radio silence emailed asking for an eta and the following day I received a cancellation of half of the order as they didn’t have it in stock ( even though it was in stock when I bought it. Nothing about when the rest of the order would be delivered! Can’t ring them as the number is just a recorded message telling you to email them. Now having to put the work back a week which is annoying so have cancelled the rest of the order and my account as I will not use them again as they are clearly offering for sale items they don’t actually have and then trying to buy them in. You know what they say about buying cheap…….

Cheaper wrong item arrived, had to take back as we were in the area, problem getting it swapped for the original one ordered said it was distribution warehouse which is where it came from. Address all over the postage item. Eventually got my order as needed for that weekend.

Took a week to be notified of out of stock items. A week on from that and my order is still not dispatched. Customer services are next to useless and cannot or will not give updates on dispatch or other issues. I would avoid powerfoolsdirect at all costs. They don't deserve even the one star I've given.

My order has still not arrived and when I flagged this I rexeived a reply saying there is nothing you can do as it is with Royal Mail. Anything but good service.

I am very disappointed with your service. Despite paying for a2/3 day delivery, it was about a week before you even posted it. I suppose the chance of a rebate for that is slim? The postal service was on time and very good.'

Never been so disappointed! All the box was broke and some Tools Missing! Badly packaged ! And it was a gift for my dads birthday! I tried to make contact and no1 replied really bad customer service and I spent a lot of money for basically a broken tool kit!

Avoid this useless company and shop elsewhere. I placed an order on a 2 to 3 day service and they never despatched my order and when I complained, I was told that 1 of the items ordered was out of stock but it was in stock when I placed my order. It then took several emails and a threat of court action did they finally refund me after a week. I can't recommend this company to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money because they don't like to refund your postage even if they haven't sent your order.
