absolute scammers didn,t send order then when asked for refund sent a false royal mail tracking number three days later saying sorry but your order has been shipped very dishonest

COMPANY DO NOT FOLLOW UP EMAILS!!! MY TOOL HAVE NOT RECEIVED DUE TO THE COMPANY SITTING ON THEIR BACKSIDES AND NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH MY COMPLAINT!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER !!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!! AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Wish I hadn’t bothered. Paid for express delivery 1-2 days. To find out a week later it hadn’t even been dispatched. Ordered the goods for a job in plenty of time but didn’t make the deadline. I had to buy elsewhere so paid twice. Customer services didn’t reply to many of my emails and when you ring you can’t speak to anyone. You would think they would let you know what was going on as they were the company at fault.

Sorry but the lenth of tome for delivery appalling. Delivery firm and driver excellent Paid for 2 to 3 day delivery received approx 2 weeks later

75mm screws were terrible every second screw was bent and didn't screw in properly 80mm concrete screws were as expected

Delivery stated 2-3 days shipping wasn’t posted for 3 days after ordering took week and half to get parcel after having to go collect parcel myself as dhl never delivered the parcel! Oh and £17 for delivery will not use again also level ordered was shrink wrapped to outside of parcel and was damaged.

I'm very sorry to say I was extremely disappointed with PowerTools Direct customer service recently. Their prices are very competitive for the items I was after. However, despite paying extra for 2-3 days delivery the order took 14 days from point of order to delivery. I asked what compensation they would offer and was told they cannot offer any compensation. The items were for a carpentry taster course I was delivering. I was very badly let down by the company's inability to deliver my order on time. I did receive an email if I would like my delivery charge refunded!?! Obviously, I replied that I would. Seeing as how the total order was £12.43 including the £5.95 express delivery charge you might have thought the whole order would have been refunded but I was told in an email that that was not possible! As their prices are so good I might use them again but only if I am able to order a month in advance!

Wrong items delivered. No telephone contact, email only, After a week of to and fro via email, (typical 24 hr response) collection was finally arranged. Powertools Direct would not then dispatch the right items until they physically received back the items they sent incorrectly. Customer service is totally inadequate and while I realise this is a cost measure (not being able to contact them by phone) I will not be using them again. I am still awaiting the delivery of my order. Customer service is only an issue when things go awry and I suppose the majority of transactions go smoothly, but if you do need customer service best of luck!

Ordered a garage tent that DPD didn't deliver apparently returning it PowerToolsDirect. It's now all on hold until DPD sort themselves out meanwhile PowerToolsDirect have my money and DPD a garage tent. Not what I had in mind when I placed the order.

Nice website. But selling stuff they don't have it appears. Quoted delivery times are not happening, so unless you want a Long Weight go elsewhere. They did at least process a refund when I flagged things up. Not really a very good way of getting stuff online.

Absolutely shocking service, I paid for 2-3 day delivery and my order didn’t come for 2 weeks and then some of the order was missing and that didn’t come for another week would not recommend to anyone with the service I’ve had

Box damaged. No receipt. Machine loose in box. Spare motor brushes smashed. Everything just rattling round with no internal packaging. No care taken.
