“I am still waiting for my purchased to be delivered and it has been over 2 weeks. When I track my order it hasnt changed for weeks. Very dusappointed”

Hey, Sorry to hear your order didn't land with you as soon as possible. I've checked the order placed on 25/11/19 and can see it was placed on saver delivery, which can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched and delivered. I can see it's now been delivered and I hope you love your haul. I've also sent you a private message with the tracking information, which you can reply to if you have any more issues with it. “Arrived in super speedy time excellent service.. Ordered 3 tops for my 15 year old size 8 daughter. 😂. One was too big for my chunky mum bod, the other 2 were that small wouldn't even go over head head, actually y thought they were free material samples, you know the ones you order to choose your new curtains... Ridiculous sizing.”

I've passed this over to our buying teams, so they can double check the measurements and speak to our suppliers, to make sure they are sticking to our size guides. We aim to stick to our size guide as much as possible, however, sizes can vary depending on the fitting and styling of the items. Please return the items back to us, using our free returns label over the post office counter and our warehouse will get a refund processed to the original payment method once they log them back.
