Heather responded to my enquiry around 10 minutes after I had sent it. She apologised for the delay in my parcel, refunded me my original delivery charge and was also able to find an update on my parcel and when it’s due to be delivered and sent me over a tracking link. All in all a happy and satisfied customer, I understand there are sometimes delays so glad it’s only a day late!

Thrice i have bought stuff from them,the quality is always on the cheap stuff and have had to return them all three times. Definitely not impressed by their now quality, their stuff are not the same as the images on their website quality wise.

All that glitters isn't gold - it's often cheap and falls apart quickly! REVIEW: I bought the Brown Borg oversized belted coat recently and the lining started ripping after 2 weeks (conveniently after the returns window). They really demonstrated how they value fast fashion over quality and returning customers. It's unlikely I'll shop there after this experience

Delivery was awful! Had an important event to go to and was hopeful for next day delivery as this is what I had PAID FOR! however it never came the next day and I therefore had nothing to wear. An utter shame- the clothes didn’t end up coming until the day after it was supposed to.

Hey Kiana, Sorry for the confusion over our sizes. As we're UK based, all our items are labelled in UK sizes, however, this would be the equivalent to the US sizes ordered on site. So if you ordered a US size 9 on our US site, the heels would be labelled as a UK size 7. PLT has a lot of things that look cute. LOOK. they don't feel cute and sometimes the material is terrible, the sizing is off on pants/ dresses. Some tips are to read the type of fabric, anything made of polyester (which is most of their stuff) gives a very snug fit. Items made of cotton are usually good. I order from the U.S. so the shipping and returns are good timing.

At first i was disappointed by my parcel being undelivered but as soon as i let the PLT help team know of my situation my parcel was delivered within a very short time period of less than 4 days! All thanks to Mia, Leah, Holly H , Sophie B, Hass and Zee☺️ I would definitely recommend Pretty Little Thing!!

I ordered a onesie and it cost me £17, when it arrived it came with a massive hole from the knee up to my groin where it wasn’t even stitched, The fabric was as good as the image either and I wasn’t pleased with the overall product for £17 I’d be happy to pay £8 max for what it was. I didn’t think there was any point returning it as I can sew so I fixed it and saved myself the stress of waiting for a refund because I’m pretty sure it would have took longer for the refund than it would be to fix it myself. But all in all it shouldn’t have even been sent in that state, I’m pretty dissatisfied and disappointed considering it was my first ever purchase from pretty little thing and I’m afraid it will be my last purchase unless there’s a big improvement.

I return to items to the value of £14 I had an email to say you had recieved the items and I would receive a refund I'm still waiting and when I spoke to virtual thing told me to get the receipt I sent them back wich was asda I threw it away when i had an email to say you had recieved them and my refund was going to be processed bug i still havent received it. Iv never had a problem before until now

I ordered 2 pieces they sent them both in the wrong size I had to pay someone to alter both of them cuz I didn’t have time to send them back I will never order from them again
