“I buy a lot from pretty little thing but I also return a lot! The quality is either great or terrible there is no in between. The delivery is always on time and returns are in a timely matter.”

“I’ve purchased a couple of things from this company. On the whole, the price is good, the service is good, however the quality of the product is poor. I payed £15 for a dress which is mostly see-through. £8 for a top...again see-through. For the price of the products, I can’t really expect much, however some of the clothing is unwearable as it’s made so cheaply. I’ve had a dress for 2 weeks and have worn it once and the seam is already loose with threads visible. I’m a bit disappointed with the quality of the companies clothes, yet if you are in a budget then go for it. Postage is fast, service is overall good.”

“For the price, the clothes I've purchased, so far, are pretty good quality. I've had to return a few items as sizing seem small, but now know to order a sized bigger. The returns process is really simple and straightforward and refunds have happened within a few days. What's not to like?”

“No response to refunds send more than 3 weeks ago. Wrong trousers sent originally, replacement pair were faulty. Very disappointing”

“I going to be honest. Clothes are good affordable prices but the only problem I having is the delivery. I paid for a year next day delivery and it neva comes the next day also the delivery is so late at nite. I think they need to use a different company as hemmes is so rubbish, they give u a time then change it to a later time then when you look again they say check your email in the morning as they not going to make it. Apart from their delivery everything else is fine even returning is good”

I'll take this up with the courier company and see what we can do to get these delivered earlier, however, deliveries can occur between 8am and 9pm for our standard and next day delivery method. We use different couriers for our Evening and Nominated day delivery services, however, these aren't included in the royalty delivery. Thanks Usman

“PLT has never let me down! When I thought I shipment was lost they contacted me within 4 hours and resolved the issue immediately. I shop from here pretty frequently (monthly) and have truly never had any issues. Delivery is super fast and customer care is on point.”

“Lost my order. Didn’t tell me what happened refunded me without me asking them to, I asked for them to tell me what was going on instead, told me that if my parcel does arrive that I’m not allowed to keep it because they gave me the money back which is ridiculous it was their fault. Waited almost a month for it to not arrive”

Hey, Sorry to hear your garms didn't land with you. Due to the time passed since the last tracking update, the order was classed as lost in transit and due to the volume of orders shipped, we weren't notified about the order being mis placed. As the order couldn't be delivered, we arranged for the order to be refunded, as items can become sold out fast on site and we're unable to send out a few items. All our orders are sent out on a trackable service, so you can keep an eye on them once they leave our warehouse. You can also contact our customer service team 24/7 via our website or social media help pages. Thanks Usman

“Love the quality of the clothes and the deals are amazing. However, I have been sent the wrong sized items a few times in the past few weeks. I am heading out on a cruise and do not have time to send them back, get a refund, and get something else. I love the site and how fast they ship considering I live in the states.”
