“Made a purchase Most items were size 8 or 10 and almost all the items that was sent to me are 12-14 so I have return most of my stuff... and the quality was cheap too..”

Hey Ivy, Sorry for the confusion with our sizes. As we're UK based, all out items are labelled in UK sizes, however, this would be the equivalent to the size ordered. “I have next day delivery but it takes three days because of Christmas I understand that they have a lot of purchases but you would think that they would try and make it so that you have It next day apart from that the return system is amazing never had any problems and got my refunds very quickly and I love their clothes more than half my cupboard is from here.”

Hey, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you. I've checked the order and it's been delayed at the depot, so the driver wasn't able to pick it up just yet. The couriers are looking into the delay and once they have more information, they'll update the tracking information. I can see you've been in touch with our customer service team and they're also looking into this as well. Thanks Usman

“I ordered almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order the post office keeps “attempting delivery” but have never actually come to my house and since pretty little thing changed their deliveries to require a signature I can’t have them just put it in the mailbox.”

Hey Arajean, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you. We use a sign for delivery service to make sure orders are delivered to the correct person and provides better tracking information. If you're not available at the time of delivery, you can collect it from the post office using the tracking number and information on the calling card. You can also ask them to leave the order with a neighbour if someone is happy to take this in for you. Thanks Usman
