Hey, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you. I've checked the order and it's been delayed at the depot, so the driver wasn't able to pick it up just yet. The couriers are looking into the delay and once they have more information, they'll update the tracking information. “I ordered almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order the post office keeps “attempting delivery” but have never actually come to my house and since pretty little thing changed their deliveries to require a signature I can’t have them just put it in the mailbox.”

Hey Arajean, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you. We use a sign for delivery service to make sure orders are delivered to the correct person and provides better tracking information. If you're not available at the time of delivery, you can collect it from the post office using the tracking number and information on the calling card. You can also ask them to leave the order with a neighbour if someone is happy to take this in for you. Thanks Usman

“The quality of most items have been disappointing. I ordered a body suit before that I thought was cute but it ripped quickly. I’ve gotten like one or two items that I liked. The rest I’ve returned for the lack of quality.”

“Price is way over the top. Ordered several items and wore one for the first time and the sewing on the sleeve unraveled. My most expensive item from them looks nothing like the photo. They had a “sale” and only 4 of 21 items were included and I selected to only view items part of this sale. I’ve had fashionnova for years, quality is WAY better, sales are actually sales, and they ship way faster for free. Won’t make this mistake again.”

Whilst sizes can vary depending on the fitting and style, we try to stick as close as possible to our size guide, which can be found here - https://www.prettylittlething.com/size-guide We also have a returns portal, which is super easy to use.
