“Delivery was fairly quick and the item looked just like the picture. My only complaint is that the material is easily caught on Velcro and goes bally, other than that no issues!”

“I had 3 different orders shipped to me. Each I order I received contained items with incorrect sizing. The first order I returned and ordered again and was sent the same exact thing. Also the return process is super simple, but in order to get what you want...you have to order again. Even if your refund has no processed yet. There is no exchanging or online credit.”

Hi Brea, I'm so sorry to hear you've ordered three times and on each order received the items incorrect items. We are looking into offering exchanges in the near future to make the whole ordering/returning process a lot more simpler so keep an eye out on our for when this lands. “Pricing very good. Speedy delivery. Quality seems to be quite good. A little disappointed that one item was unavailable after I ordered and paid for it, but they were very quick to inform me & refund me”

“Ordered for the first time and my package came earlier than the estimated delivery date and my clothes were good looking too. Slightly different to the picture and material isn’t the best but overall I was impressed. Would buy from pretty little thing again.”

“The making of the clothes is amazing. The delivery time aswell is just outstanding, even if I’m ordering in a rush for an outfit I know I’ll get it in time. You’ll never be let down by this company. Always my first go to for an outfit.”

“Absolutely rubbish. Ordered size 10 jumper it says size 10 but it’s like size 20 or bigger! Jeans are awful look nothing like the photo. I’ll be posting on insta etc to warn others , along with the photos online and the photos of what I received.”
