“I ordered a size 8. Paid for a size 8. And got delivered a size 12. This is not okay. Now I have to send it back and wait to see if I will be given what I actually paid for. Very disappointed.”

Hi, I've looked into your latest order and can confirm the correct sized item was sent out. As we're a UK company, most of our items come with UK sizing attached so a US size 8 converts to a UK size 12. I do apologise for any confusion caused. “I ordered 1 pair of shorts On 11/27/19 that was scheduled to be delivered on 12/06/19. And it was never delivered. The tracking information never updated so it still just says in transition. I have reached out to PLT via email and social media and have gotten no response or update on where my package is.”

“I got my package a week after the date PLT provided. I’m so stupid for continuously buying from you guys. Each time I’ve had an issue with the sizing, to the shipping , or the product defects itself. The only reason I do it to myself is because everything is mostly on sale.”

“Disappointed is too nice of a word. Bought a red size 2 dress and it’s made to fit close and the dress had no zip. The intention was to wear to a wedding and I could not wear the dress! How can you have a special occasion dress without a zipper?!! The material does. Not stretch and it was the most awkward thing to put on. I almost suffocated. The second dress was extremely thin and see through. Third dress fits like a box. I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone else again.”

“I love PLT ! I buy from the U.S. and i absolutely love their clothing. The ONLY thing bad i would have to say is that , leggings tend to be quite see through and some material is itchy/rough. Other than that , Size is true to fit and I always receive my full order from PLT!”
